So this place is in the middle of some major remodeling so it looks upside down right now. We had a real bad experience in which we had a room the first day with no water in the shower and then given another room for the inconvenience whose door would not lock on day 2. Eventually the water stopped working in our new room, yes the one that did not lock so we were given another room because of the second inconvenience. So 3 different rooms for a 2 night stay. I assume they can do better and this is just a fluke but it was not a good experience. The overnight front desk person is clueless however the day manager, a woman was very nice and tried her best to help us through these issues.

So disappointed with this hotel experience. We had (2) rooms reserved for a one night stay. When we arrived at 6:10 pm, we passed a couple outside who wished us good luck in getting into our rooms, as they had been waiting over (3) hours since the 3:00 check-in time. As we entered the lobby, we saw about a dozen other guests sitting with their luggage and also waiting to check-in. When we attempted to check-in, we were told that our rooms were not ready, as housekeeping ONLY arrived at 6:00 pm. We were told that our rooms may be ready in 45 minutes to an hour. Since our concert started at 7:00 pm, we couldn’t wait that long. The front desk gentleman said that we should check-in after the concert. I mentioned that it could be as late as midnight as we planned to visit the nearby casino. He responded, “No problem, you have reservations and your rooms are paid and will be waiting for you”. I asked if he could store our overnight bags, and he gladly accepted. When we returned a little after midnight to check-in, there was a different gentleman at the front desk. He stated that they were fully booked and no rooms were available. We explained that we had reservations and what happened earlier in the evening. None of this mattered, as we were turned away. The front desk rep could only say that he was sorry and couldn’t explain why this happened. I pointed to our bags that were left in plain sight a few steps from him, and he handed them back to us. It was now 12:30 am, and after a long day, we drove 2 hours home. I have never written a hotel review, but with this unacceptable experience, I wanted other potential guests to BEWARE.

Will never stay again! Room was dirty: crumbs on the rug, floor sticky and filthy, everything dusty. Several incidents of the toilet clogging and they only had 1 plunger that they already gave to another guest, so we couldn't get the toilet fixed. No bedding in the room for the pull out couch. Went down to front desk and they said they had no more pillows. After our first night we went down to complain about room being dirty and the person at the front desk said they would have housekeeping take care of it. We told them there is a pile of towels that we needed replaced because the refrigerator is leaking, and floors needed to be cleaned and vacuumed. She said it would be a priority. We returned 12 hours later and nothing was done. In general the rooms need major updating and deep cleaning. The common areas, especially the elevator, needs a deep cleaning. Don't be fooled when they list breakfast included. Breakfast is a frozen muffin and frozen sausage sandwich that you need to microwave. There are several other hotels in the immediate area. Take your chance with something else.

Couldn’t even stay the whole night, stayed for a few hours and left. The room wasn’t cleaned properly before having me and my nephews stay. There was previous customers cigarette ashes left on the night stand, the smoke detector was torn from the wall, and the toilet was a struggle to flush. We decided to swim in the pool that was advertised as a heated indoor pool. The pool was not heated and so cold that after a few minutes of my nephews swimming their lips were purple and we had to go back to our room. Not to mention the bathroom in the pool area was disgusting. The toilet had urine and hair on the seat. We stayed for about two hours before we choose to check out and get our money back. They didn’t offer anything to make our stay better and didn’t check us out till the next day upon us telling them to check us out the day before. They were very difficult and is making it hard to get any of our money back.
