Our stay at this hotel was ok. The front desk staff were pleasant and the location is great for travel access to the highway. Beyond that, the location next to the highway is not ideal for sleep. We stayed on the far side near the pool, so the noise from the highway echoed off the building walls and made for a loud room. After a poor night of sleep in a room that seemed a little out of date, we found that breakfast was not included and we had to eat at their restaurant which was food you would find at most continental breakfast places at restaurant level prices. Serving staff looked upset we were even there as well. As I mentioned before, the location and most of the staff were great. Just wanted to leave a review to let people know about some details they might not notice when booking.

You get what you pay for. This is no 4 or 5 star resort property. It's a decent, full service IHG property along the interstate. The location is great for convenient access, but there are limited food options adjacent to the property. Luckily, they have a restaurant and saloon with decent menus. The property is only 15 minutes from Hersheypark and a nearby casino. The rooms are somewhat out of date, but good enough to sleep in. Our room had a microwave and mini fridge, but that must not be the case for everyone. The beds seemed clean, but the carpets were stained from use and in need of replacement. The wallpaper was dirty and peeling in a few spots, but not as bad as others indicated. There are two pools; one indoor and one outdoor. The pool areas are very large and were very popular while we were there. Overall it's a decent hotel for a decent price, but lower your expectations if you're used to more modern properties.

Hotel is big and in a great location. But on multiple occasions cleaning ladies would try to come into our rooms while we were in there. But Jose the maintenance guy is awesome and very kind and came up right away. He fixed our TV in minutes and was very helpful. We love Jose, give him a raise!

Used the hotel several times for family trips and haven’t been there since Covid. We were very disappointed with our recent stay. Then pool area was closed, the sign said for cleaning, but after reading reviews, I guess the cleaning isn’t going to well because it’s been closed for two months. The rooms are falling apart. Our shower faucet had more water coming out of the handle then the spout, the grid from the drop ceiling was falling down, the wallpaper under the mirror was peeling off and the temperature of the room was seasonably controlled and couldn’t be adjusted.. we did stay in a balcony room to the pool area , so we could at least sit on the balcony but then noticed on the walls and ceiling of the pool area, there is a black substance all over, praying it’s not mold, but definitely eye alarming, you can’t miss it. We used the restaurant for breakfast which is not included (we knew this, it never was), but even the ceiling in the restaurant needs serious attention, again , a substance all over it. Not sure if mold or bad water spots, but there is something and a lot of it.. Breakfast was good, housekeeping was great, tons of towels, a little welcome note, comfy bed…. It’s sad to write this, because we used this hotel many of times. I hope they invest in some improvements, because we will be choosing another hotel if not.
