I live here they are absolutely awful!!!! Very unprofessional. They never answer the phone even tho it says you are within business hours!!! -100/10 do not recommend for anyone I was going to renew. But I will no longer be doing that

I lived here for about year with my roommate and it was a horrible experience. Management could honestly care less about their job and seem to not care about their tenants and the problems that needed to be handled. Good luck getting maintenance to fix anything in a timely manner. I called the office multiple times to report the roach issue and gnats that are in my apartment even though me and my roommate constantly keep it clean. Front office told me they would send someone out to spray, which they didn’t. Don’t even get me started on the outrageous billing system with JEA. Considering that my utilities bill was super high even though there would be periods when me and my roommate were not even present in the apartment. Crazy part about it is that they will not show you a actual bill that shows the usage you use. So your basically paying what they tell you to pay. Being charged outrageous amounts of money when moving out, for little things that were present in the apartment when I moved in was also very frustrating. Doesnt matter how good you clean or how nice the apartment looks at moveout, they will try to take as much of your deposit as they can. I also had multiple issues with a neighbor, in which I brought the attention the people in the office. Management made it look like I was talking to a brick wall and they honeslty couldnt care less about my issues.Overall they basically told me they can't do anything about the situation. I understand the rent is more affordable than other places, but for the amount of problems that not only me but other residents have had with billing issues, neighbors, animals and pest , it’s not worth living there. It seems like they change management every 6 months, and yet from newer and newer reviews, nothing changes.

Lived here from 2017- 2020 . I didn’t have much problems .. when I needed them they didn’t come through .. waited 7 months from them not redo my floor. The apartment above me overfilled the tub when caused mold in my room. They took my whole security deposit and then charged me the same amount saying I didn’t have. .. this was the district on Kernan .. I moved out and then they changed name and had 2 murders within 4 months of me moving
