This apartment complex is intentionally deceiving, and I came to that conclusion after my truck's exhaust was stolen just two weeks after living here. The leasing office and amenity center are all relatively new and maintained, but the façade begins to crumble the further back you go. There’s homeless digging through dumpsters (of which I witnessed the day I moved in!), occasional vagabonds roaming the premise, and of course, thieves. My apartment itself didn't have a working A/C or garbage disposal the day I moved in. I would not live here *or* in the vicinity if you are a decent citizen looking for a good community. Attached is the pleasant surprise I woke up to not long after initially moving in (as well as the lovely temperatures I got to enjoy in my apartment!). So glad I got out of here—AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
