Coy was great and so was the tour. Apartments are nice but have no trash pickup and no washer/dryer inside.

Just moved in. I was worried because I read bad reviews but judging from what I was seeing at that location and that price, I still decided to move in. The moving process had been flawless. I’m a very busy person but I could do everything on line. Only thing I had to do on moving date was to pick up the keys. Claudia was efficient and proactive throughout the process. I can’t complain.

Worst apartment I have rented and still currently renting. As I'm writing this, my ac is down and roommate went to talk to the front office and was told to put in a trouble ticket and they will get back to it tomorrow. It is 90 degrees downstairs, most likely 90 plus upstairs. Waiting on urgent repair guy now. Don't know when I'll be able to go back into the house without sweating my *** off. UPDATE: they gave us a portable unit for downstairs in a 2 story town home. AC came back on and worked for 24 hours and then died again tonight.

I've been living here for around two years , i always pay the rent on time and everything was good (with the old manager and assitant manager) but the new people...(except for the guy on the front desk) The lady who Speaks spanish is really rude and never allow people to talk. She does not help you with anything or solve nothing for you. As a resident I do not like how she's doing the stuff there.
