I totally agreed with all the 1 star reviews. The two staff who are in charge of taking in students registration, are very rude and unprofessional. They treat you like you are a FOB (fresh off the boat), illiterate and dumb. Their customer service are below poor and very unprofessional. They cancel their class on you, don't even inform you it is cancelled and expect you to show up on the next following scheduled class. They look at you as if you are poor, jobless and you are in need of their help. They should be reported to the attorney general for doing sketchy businesses.

HHA training was straight to the point and it was not super long. The staff gets straight to the point on providing information with details, I appreciate that. After training was over I got my certificate in 7 days. The two ladies in the office who works side by side was very prompt and efficient and was polite and professional towards me, thank you! If the English instructor is rude never mind it and just finish up cus the training will be done fast and get your certificate. I’m now working as a HHA. God bless to all
