Worst place ever tried to contact them To see if my last day was this week of august 20 no answer call no answer then i just got a email saying to send the worksheet and I was supposed to work and sybel never inform me this is crazy. Doris and sybel don’t know how to do there work if u going to tell people “ask us questions if you need to u can call or email us” u have to respond ! A week of no pay because of sybel I would give this place a zero star if I can

the administration are scam artist and the housing coordinator will manipulate every case or act as if he has no access to certain websites or apps so that you don't get the help you need. I found out that he held on to my important paper work (medical records and extremely important doctors letters for my child ) in his office for a month. I am currently seeking legal action against them for GROSS NEGLIGENCE and some other things. Also the assistant Director is a manipulator that will try to build a bond with your child if she sees she cannot get thru to you. She is very street and not at all professional. This shelter ( Samuel Proctor in Harlem) doesn't help anyone...you must do everything on your own. It's pathetic what is happening here.
