This agency is a mess, big joke and very unprofessional they send out unprofessional aides who touched our things without permission, come late and unprepared to my grandmother house until we came across one good aide, she was great with my grandmother but they don’t know how to take care of their employees nor clients They only care about money They underpaid their employees, change their schedule when they want, cut off their hours They always have an excuse, sending out incompeting aides so they don’t pay overtime We had asked for a specific aide for my grandmother, but they wanted extra money for the over time but the aides don’t get the much of the extra money We asked if the aide could work privately we fr the extra hours they threaten to sue You can’t never get the right person on the phone it was a nightmare, bill comes more Everytime for the same service,my mom had to retired to take care of our Grandmother when the aide quit the agency go somewhere else if your looking for an aide or a job

Using aides in the home was a new experience for us. Although there were a few bumps in the road to start (mainly because of our inexperience), overall we found Sara Companions helpful and responsive. Elizabeth, our primary contact, has been a joy to work with! She and Sara often went out of their way to help our family cope with the needs of our aging parents, which have helped keep them in their home. Once we got settled into a routine, the aides became like family. I would highly recommend this company!

This agency’s license should be Revoked! They are a joke but they’re NOT funny. Nicole opened my mother’s case in 2017! She was the best. Marie S. Was our caregiver. She was nice enough & did pretty much what was asked of her. But she was extremely SLICK & a LIAR & a THIEF! We asked for someone new & more hours of help, no one ever showed up! We SUFFERED during the Pandemic because when we Finally spoke to a person, we were told they had no one to send to our home. When we reported items were missing, we were told we should’ve known that would happen! I don’t give this PATHETIC company Any Stars! They Failed us! Very Disappointed! Please Do Not Use These people! Their work ethic is a Damn Shame because they have NONE!!!!! It’s SAD that they give these licenses to just ANYONE! It’s SAD that they Don’t check behind them!

I think that they hired the expected aide. Please double check, and call the office, SARA. Fix: not expected. Experienced.( I just fixed my words)
