We had a good stay. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Location was convenient and the rate was affordable. The rooms are updated and great! The customer service is very friendly and helpful. The front desk person was very polite and good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling through lebanon.

My favorite weekend getaway with my friends. The most peaceful, relaxing and quaint place we have had the pleasure of staying. If you're looking to get away from your hectic and stressful life, this is the place for you! Love, love, love it!

Room smelled like old water. I asked for an iron and the guy at the front desk just looked at me like i was speaking a foreign language then said....we took those out of them rooms. Ummmm yeah clearly as I don't have one. I asked could you please call housekeeping and see if they'll bring me an iron.... my shirt is horrible. No no no w took those out is your room. Really??? An iron???? I Will sleep in my car with no heat in -10 degrees before i stay at another days inn. Last time they refused my reservation.....at 2am!!!!!! Worst employees and company ever.

This was the worst place we've ever stayed! The lack of care they put into cleaning their rooms is so disgusting & upsetting! If it wasn't so late, we weren't so tired & it wasn't too cold to sleep in our car, we wouldn't have stayed. There are stains, mold, dust & durt on the floor, chairs, walls, shower, ceilings, vents, hairdryer, etc. The towel rack was falling out of the wall. There was garbage under the heater/airconditioner. There was hair on the remote control. Light switches & door handles were dirty with finger prints & sticky things. The pool was freezing & the room felt like outside temperatures & there was a ladder in the pool room like they'd started working & then walked away but forgot they started. The checkin outside is ridiculous! I can understand ringing a bell if you get there late but you shouldn't have to continue the check in outside. Very disappointed in Days Inn!!!
