Staff was nice, lobby smelled good. However, the sub par room was the issue. Our blackout curtains didn’t close all the way, defeating their purpose. The hall on the 3rd floor smelled awful, like musky, wet dog and dirty feet. There were several items on the ground under our beds, mold on bathroom walls and in tub & no fan in bathroom. After walking around our room for two hours, I sat down and crossed my legs only to realize just how nasty the floors were in our room. Yes there is free breakfast however, there were soaking wet tortilla shells laying in bottom of egg pan which was absolutely disgusting, there were no biscuits, there was 6 apples that were pretty soft and not cold. I attempted to bring up issues with front desk ladies and was cut off after I mentioned the blinds and was told “will have to go take a look”. Sketchy location with a lot of men hanging around outside near the doors and making unwanted comments. I took pictures but it will not allow me to post them.

If the pool had been clean I would have given a 5 star. The breakfast was great. The Travel Inn directly in front of the hotel, tho I know it's not their fault, is very sketch and looks like people are living there. There was a huge pile of trash and A LOT of people hanging outside. It just wasn't the best area. I would stay again if I didn't have any other options.

Was one of my favorite laquintas I have stayed in, although it was extremely high-priced, I went there on a Friday night and it was $180 but I was too tired to leave, and I felt incredibly safe the hotel was very beautiful, and super super clean. The front staff was so incredibly helpful I wish I could remember the names of the two girls that were there but they were super! I believe one with Kayla and Anna I hope those were the names! But they were fabulous

My stay here was due to weather conditions & needing to be close to work. My entire experience was wonderful. The whole area was clean and smelled clean, very well maintained! My room was great, the bed was so comfortable, everything I needed. Staff was awesome, especially Sara!! This is a pet friendly hotel and if I had not seen visitors with their pets, you would have never known they were or had ever been there. I had to arrive very late each night on my return but felt very safe and secure here. Thank you to everyone involved in making my stay AWESOME!
