Before we even arrived, they were helpful with changing our reservation date due to confusion on our end. We arrived late but were still greeted with a friendly smiling face when we got there, check in was very easy and we were very thankful because we were tired. Our room was comfortable and very clean when we arrived, everything we needed to take showers and get a quick rest was in the room, the beds were so comfortable we did not want to wake up. We had to head out early so we missed breakfast, but coffee was available in our room to get us going. Our kids wished we would have had time to swim because the pool looked very nice. Check out was easy and we are glad we stayed outside of the busy city, great location with restaurants close.

BED BUGS! I checked into my room on 5/15/2022 and planned on checking out on 5/20/2022. On the Tuesday I had a couple of bites on my shoulder that I thought were mosquito bites. Then on Wednesday my dad who was staying in the next bed also had a couple bites on him and by that time I had 3 more bites. Once it clicked in my head I started looking around my mattress and found a bed bug shell casing. Without question that’s exactly what it was. Pictures for proof. I went to the front desk and they told me all the other rooms were full so we decided to stick it out one more night and get another room the next day when one became available. Later that evening I say a live bed bug crawling up the foot of the bed. I captured it in one of the hotel plastic cups and took it to the front desk and told them we better go ahead and sleep in their conference room on their rollaway beds they had offered earlier. The rollaway beds were the most uncomfortable things I have ever slept on! The hotel told me they would refund 2 of my nights. What REALLY bothered me was the manager in the morning told me they “looked through my room and didn’t see any evidence of bed bugs”. I felt like that was an indirect way of saying that I brought them there! I own a pest control business and am a certified pest control applicator. The fact that the hotel manager acted like their untrained quick bed bug inspection meant anything at all is appalling! ROOM 321

I reserved a room 30 days in advance for my daughter and found out the day of the reservation that they do not book for locals. Luckily I found a spot at Quality for her. I am a rewards member and my company has reserved the conference room several times in the past. The manager, Josephine, was no help and, in fact, hung upon my wife and daughter. Good thing they called to make sure the reservation was still good.

Walked through doors and the foyer smelled wonderful. Although hotel was full, everything was really nice. Room was clean especially bathroom. The only different thing is we did not have our usual Rewards Club Member package of water, snack, etc.
