I will never stay at a Hampton Inn again. I had car problems on the road and was not able to get to the hotel. Instead of being understanding and caring we were charged 1/2 of the stay fee. This is not a customer friendly business. In response to your comment, I called to cancel at around 5:30 not 10:00. I was in a position I could not control.

The hotel is nice. But be warned. It's closest legal business is a truck stop. You'll be able to figure out what the favorite local past time is on your own.

Positive: Always enjoy my stay here. The staff is great. I arrived early, about a hour before check in. It wasn¿t a problem and I was treated respectfully and with a great deal of friendliness. The room was clean, large and comfortable. The breakfast great. Than Negative: Nothing.

Positive: I stayed only one night on my way back to NY. Firstly, Pine Grove is a lovely little place & the Hampton Inn is perfectly located off of I-81.The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff wonderfully friendly. Free breakfast is top notch. Negative: Nothing.
