Positive: Great ice machine! Lol Dated but clean and affordable. Negative: It was a noisy area outside but couldn't hear once inside. Bed needs updated, was a little springy but we slept well.

Room was fine/clean enough, beds were okay, desk staff were polite, breakfast was sufficient (yogurt, OJ, coffee, etc). We (2 adults) stayed here 4 days so we had eaten several meals in our room. Therefore, we had 3 small grocery-style bags of trash. Someone (housekeeping?) left a garbage bag in the room on the last day with a note that read "dumpster is around the back". Uh... no! We met them halfway by adding the already neatly bagged trash to the bag they left and left it outside the door of the room when we checked out. This was rude and out of line. Pretty sure their parent company wouldn't approve.

Plan ahead if staying at this hotel. Housekeeping is not provided for stays under a week and the shower requires you to rotate 360 degrees in order to actually get your entire body wet.

Room service does not exist on weekends. Management did not assist in their absence . Rooms did not get cleaned, beds not made, bathrooms not cleaned, trash not taken out, towels had to be asked for since they were not replaced upon usage, tv remote control only partially worked. Upon asking about these when we found our room unattended to, management said if we wanted service on the weekend that we had to ask for it. No indication was given about this upon our reservation arrival. Also, WiFi was non existent. I am a Gold Member of Choice Hotels for a number of years and this was the worst experience ever with their brand. I recommend that CH corporate do a spot check on this hotel....unannounced...and witness what the management here takes for granted. This was totally unacceptable. Thank you
