I absolutely love living here 😭🗣💕 , This housing came at a PERFECT TIMING in my life for me & my daughter it’s amazing spacious, clean, neat & also big for it to be two bedroom & the bathroom is even bigger 🙌🏽it’s great maintenance awesome landlord|manager very respectful people & totally safe 🙏🏽🏘🔐Other than that it’s extremely quite & very clean I’d recommend anyone to live here❗️😌🥰❤️ Side Note: it is income restricted & newly renovated!☺️☺️

Best thing to due is contact the office they may have a program that can help.
It’s through ability housing
The leasing office should value their residents and take more pride into doing a better job creating a better living environment for the children.
They are income based I don't live there so you would have to go to office to check for availbilty.
They only have two bedrooms. It's not quite income based. It has two prices. Either you will pay high or low. Upwards of $600 or low at $370.
There's no studious only 2 bdrs
