Worst Apartment complex I've been in ..It's roach infested under the carpets coming from In between the walls is not sanitary at all..There's always garbage on the roads. It's also people breaking in cars over here at night so I advise anyone to take anything that's valuable Inside the house with them! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!! Bad bad bad

I live upstairs in a 3bdrm 2bth unit with just me & my 13yr old son.Today makes 5 days since my AC has not been fixed.The lady told me Friday that they would come out; it is now Sunday. Mind you it stopped working Wednesday. I have been calling and have even left messages & have yet to get a response. I even called the emergency after hours maintenance line, they never called me back or even tried to attempt to pick up the phone. Me & My son have ASTHMA....... THIS IS SOOOO UN ACCEPTABLE‼️ I love my 3bdrm 2bth unit, it's very nice & spacious...but the way they don't RESPOND BACK in a timely manner is ridiculous‼️ as you can see in the photo its 90 degrees rightnow in this apartment. An that's with The windows up as well as my fans blowing.😤🤬 If I could put 0 stars I would. And I have my AC off because everytime I've tried to turn it on to see if it would work, the temperature would never drop down it seem to go up instead. I'M GONNA MAKE SURE I REPORT THIS TO MY CASE WORKER‼️‼️

Went to put in a leasing application today at Maddison woods apartments for my son Mr.miller. I had the pleasure of meeting the new leasing specialist AlJanette Austin. She was excellent with her service,very thorough, and kind. She made sure that we understood the application process and she made me feel comfortable for my son to be apart of the Maddison Woods apartments family.
