*A year ago this happened. I only completed a review at the request of Google* They charged me $20 to fix the zipper on my favorite jeans. The zipper broke the first time I went to wear them. They wouldn't refund, replace or repair their "work". I was very disappointed. Next time I will just use the $20 at Ross for some of last year's Levi's.

The ladies that run San Jose Alterations are the best. So kind and sweet and helped me with the wedding dress of my dreams. I bought a dress offline and we there was a lot of work to be done in a short period of time and it came out beautiful. They were always so warm and welcoming and made me feel so special on my big day. Thank you so much for making my dream dress! Total perfection :)
