I'll give them a 4, since they had what I needed (metric screws) in stock and actually arranged where I could find them. The competition has a very poor selection, they're all mixed up and don't have them in any kind of logical order. The reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating? The price. A couple screws were $1.75 ea. I know for a fact, that I could go online an d get a box of 100 of the same screws, from several different online vendors, for $11-$15.
