This park is pleasant and somewhat suburban. The lady Judy, behind the desk is a lovely, friendly woman.

Nice, clean place and alot of nice people. The clubhouse and park are in the middle. Right off the 101.

Hello Kathe, Residents can have up to two small pets with dogs no bigger than 15 inches measured from floor to top of shoulder fully grown. Must be accompanied by resident at all times and on an 8 foot or shorter leash held in hand when outside the home. I hope this answers your question. Feel free to contact the office at (805) 934-1626 should you have any further questions, we will be happy to speak with you. Thank you for your interest in Sunnyhills Mobile Home Community.

Do they allow a certain amount of people under 55? I know some parks allow 20% occupancy of 40 and over with no kids.

If it's like the 55+ mobile home park I live at... My wife's dad purchased our place in his name and arranged for us to inherit it and my wife and I were well under 55 when he passed. Furthermore, other younger residents that are also living here acquired there place similarly.

I was walking around the other day and I saw a for sale sign. Probably just best to call and ask the property manager.
