I love this little boutique style shopping experience. The staff here are always very attentive no matter how busy they are. I always leave with more than I needed but the clothes are quality. The only downside to this location is the dressing rooms. They are much smaller than the SJ Town Center since this store has limited space. Dressing rooms are also usually hot when you are trying on clothes so not the most pleasant during that time. However, there is usually one lady in a neighboring dressing room that comments on how hot it is in there which makes all of us laugh and conversation ensues. It’s like a little community of like minded women which I appreciate in todays altered societal “norms”.

This store is convenient and has plenty of parking. However I go to the Town Center because I find the sales people are nicer there. The Town Center also has more selection.

I have shopped at Talbots for years! I walked in, the store was not crowded & not one sales person acknowledged my presence or asked to put my armful of clothing in a dressing room, that is not the service I am used to at Talbots. When I entered the dressing room, the woman did ask my name, and showed me a dressing room, then kept coming in to ask the other woman in the dressing room if she needed any sizes, and said nothing to me. Not service the store should be proud of, will not return to this location.

A Moment with History With Mr. Flint

I shopping here with my wife and I do all of her corporate work clothes shopping g here as well. The staff always treat you well and are so very helpful especially at this location they go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. Love my Talbots.
