My wife went to purchase everything to remodel our bathroom. She asked for help loading the tile onto a cart and was told that no one was available and that it would take several hours. Since I am at work I wasn’t able to help her. I called to complain to the manager and quickly understood why she was treated that way to begin with. Tyler (I think that’s what his name was) was upset and defensive when I explained the situation to him. Instead of offering to fix things, he explained something that had nothing to do with the problem we were having since he didn’t bother to understand why we were upset. I can’t do much but I can leave a poor review. Hopefully this helps someone else. Reply to their reply: This is exactly what I was referring to initially. You didn’t bother to understand the problem. What would my account have to do with how you wouldn’t help her? She is a small woman and, although hardworking, has her physical limits. I wasn’t there so I have no account and I imagine she doesn’t either she since she simply purchased tile. You could have at least attempted to appear genuine and concerned. 9/17/22 - since their original reply had nothing to do with my initial complaint, they deleted it. This makes them look worse. Guess they finally read my complaint and realized their reply made no sense. Oh well.

Great prices but as most businesses they need cashiers and operational training. Delivery charges are WAY out of line.
