Called on May 25th for a fridge repair which the compressor is still under warranty. Got an appointment for May 31st between 8am-12 pm. A wide range... Okay. I am taking off and staying home waiting... 10 am they call me and say: We have to reschedule you for June 6!!! Are you kidding me... The excuse is 877 number does not know local schedule... but wait ... you do not have a local number and why did it take you six days to inform me of changes?! Sears Tech (Stuart) Sears Blue Service Crew came out and repaired our zero turn tractor. He went above and beyond of what we expected. Very knowledgeable, friendly and went over everything and repaired everything. We are very pleased and highly recomment Stuart Service Technician. Thank you Stuart

Be Warned!!! Scheduled an appointment in early April for an in warranty refrigerator repair, and Sears ended up rescheduling the appointment for May 12th. Around May 7th, Sears tried to reschedule the appointment again, and I refused and complained that I did not have a refrigerator. Sears agreed to keep the appointment on the 12th. I took a day off on May 12th and not only did no technician show up, but no one called. I called and asked to speak to a manager to complain that I have been without a refrigerator for over a month and I need someone to service my refrigerator. I was told that they would schedule an emergency appointment with a third party and that someone would call me within 48 hrs to schedule an appointment.... no one called. I called back today and was told that the best they can do is reschedule my service for June 12th. TWO MONTHS WITH NO REFRIDGERATOR!!! No Thank you! There is no excuse for this and Its just sad that the Sears name has gone down the toilet! I reschedule with a local repairman and will gladly pay for a quick repair even though my repair should be covered under warranty! I will never by another Kenmore, I will never shop at Sears again!

The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and service-oriented. The dryer was cleaned thoroughly, serviced well, and it is now in tip top condition. I've used SEARS many times before, and it never lets me down. Five stars for SEARS.
