This place has gone to hell. You used to walk in and a person was at the counter, another would take your jugs and fill/swope them and run them to your vehicle. They could answer questions. Now you walk in and nobody is to be found, manager hides in the office, employee is alway ducking in the backroom. They told me that my jug was cracked, and i had buy a new one. When I asked to speak with manager, I waited 10 minutes and she never came out. Had enough of this place. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Go to the one on Dale Mabry near Target.

I rarely do this but this has been such an amazing experience for me I want to share first of all Diane is my pool angel keep in mind I’ve never had to leave my house and it’s always been fixed on the first time always a phone call away I’ve had health issues so I’ve been a wreck every single time I called about my pool they are there to fix it and it is the same people that I have been working with for years the prices are beyond fair the customer service is above reproach and if you own a Pool you know what a pain in the butt it can be so this is absolutely relief I will not go to another Pinch A Penny location much less another pool store so if you’re in the area you’ll be crazy to go anywhere else thanks for letting me share
