I just dropped off my dad's. You park to the side of yhe building in a designated space for hearing aid issues and someone comes to your car. If they can't repair them there, they get sent out. They'll call when they are ready. In my dad's case, they were ready in just a couple hours! You can also opt to have them mailed to you instead.
