Amazing atmosphere and super friendly staff. We came in to get our fingers sized and the staff was so friendly. No one was pushy, and the gentleman that helped us allowed us to try on rings as well. I would highly recommend coming here!

Came in on Friday April 30th to look at wedding bands. The lady who helped us was very rude. She asked where I got my engagement ring from, I said it was not purchased at Kay that is was from a private sale. From that point she referred to it as fashion jewelry and kept insisting that in order to find a wrap that would fit around my engagement ring I would have to purchase an entirely new bridal set from Kay. Thankfully we didn't listen to this horrible attempt at a sales pitch and went to the Kay at the Tanger outlet. They had MULTIPLE wraps that fit around my engagement ring perfectly! I told them about the terrible experience I had at the Volusia Mall location and they apologized profusely for a different locations actions. I asked if they would mind testing it and the gentleman said you can clearly tell its real just by looking at it, he tested it and it's real, NOT fashion jewelry! Don't waste your time at this location!!!! Go to the Kay at Tanger, everyone at that store is so kind and helpful!
