We are recently new owners here and love this place! The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. There is always something going on that’s fun. Bands, socials, group trips to the local brew pub and the baseball stadium are so much fun! We take bus trips to Hard Rock casino and have great neighbors who look out for each other. We have met some of the nicest people here that have become wonderful friends. So happy that we bought here!

When I first visited this resort, I fell in love with it! Every person I met was warm and friendly. The resort is so close to shopping and the Mets spring training. The par 3 golf course on site is a great amenity that is rare in Florida. Within 2 days, we put an offer on a lot because we wanted to be part of this great community. (There was a recent review of an unfortunate encounter between residents that needs to be taken "with a grain of salt" because the facts stated are not completely accurate and very much represent an isolated incident between 2 members that is absolutely not reflective of the community as a whole)

We had rented a site for 3 nights. We arrived Friday at 4pm by 10am Monday we were putting down a deposit on a lot and completely rearranging our schedule to extend our stay. We have never felt more welcome and more at home than this resort. We had spent 24 months looking for a winter place from Florida to south Texas to Arizona to Southern California. We got close a couple of times but this place blew our socks off. Lots of activities, beautiful landscaping, friendly people and close enough to everything - shopping, dining, movie theaters, Mets spring training etc to ride a bike but yet far enough off the main traffic artery that traffic is not a problem.

Yes, we have 3 dog parks and a dog wash area in the new Phase 3 pool house..
Yes, we rent 3 days to 6 months at a time. Classic lot 2600 a month & Premium lot w/tiki 3000 all included..
No there are not cabins or RV rentals. They only rent empty lots for people to park their RVs on.
No. They only allow class A RVs.
Port St Lucie has side walks up to the main road. The restaurants are all located in that area. Beaches are about 25 minutes by car, depending on the time of day. I don't believe they have bike lanes.I know they have alot of parks with bike trails.
