**Update** Since this review the office has made tremendous efforts and changes in providing service. The phone is answered every time. If I need to be transferred, I get a live person. My medication requests are handled same day. I appreciate what you are doing and thank you. I've been coming here for probably 15 years and they used to be great. Unfortunately they've gone completely downhill. Physicians and assistants have left, and no one seems to care that they are completely inept at doing their jobs. If you need a new Rx good luck. I've gone a full month and into withdrawal on several of my medications multiple times because they're too lazy to return a phone call. I'm not talking about pain meds I'm talking about everyday medications. And forget about lab tests. I just had a Friday STAT order for a blood clot in my arm and despite me trying to get a hold of them they can't even manage to call back. They'll just flat out lie to you and if they see it's your phone number they won't answer. The head Dr opened a MedSpa attached to the office and you can guarantee they answer the phone and call back over there cause that's where she makes her money. If you want to have to yell at people just to get a call back or question answered, maybe this place is for you. Maybe you'' be smart like I've finally decided to be and go somewhere else.

My providers were AMAZING! Billing is atrocious and I am still fighting to try to get labs that should have been covered paid for because of how it was billed. My insurance tried to call to get through to billing and no answer. One thing got changed when I went in person for my follow up and asked but now I am going back and forth with insurance and the lab because of an insane cost for routine lab work :( such a shame because both of the NPs I saw were really great. Hopefully this billing issue gets worked out soon since all that needs to be done is updating the code they sent to the lab. Update: it’s been 3 days since my insurance called again and left another message. No response, no follow up. Update: it’s been over a week since the third call from my insurance and no response. I called to follow up and amazingly, no answer. Disappointing.
