Great office

My very first visit was mediocre with Dr. Lawrence, only issue was the front office representative (older lady) was very rude to other patients and seemed to have no empathy for others and within the healthcare industry, your choice of line of work, you need that towards your patients. My second visit, (Dr. Lawrence) I decided to go in for acne, unfortunately I missed my visit and got a fee for $50 and more. Money isn’t an issue so I don’t mind, but the SAME office lady that was giving the patients a rude time my last visit was the lady I spoke with to reschedule, she had brought up I would need to pay a fee and she would, quote on quote, lie for me and say I dropped my phone in water and she would get the fee waived for me so I didn’t have to pay the $50. (All calls are recorded so please be my guest and check that out) I arrive for my visit and she then still charges me, not only does she treat her patients at the front horribly but now also lies to them over the phone? Anyways, I pay the fee and go in for my treatment. Dr. Lawrence and I have a conversation to prescribe me Amoxicillin and Benzoil 3%, I’ve had severe acne before and have taken both of these and they worked PERFECT. After I leave he then goes behind my back without having a conversation with me and prescribes me a completely different prescription which is Erythromycin and Benzoil 5%. TWO completely different prescriptions, wasting my time. If he would’ve called me and had a conversation with me or have been upfront during my initial visit all would’ve been well. But that was my last visit. They have a staff member that lies and is very rude, a Dr. That doesn’t listen and has poor communication skills, and overall give horrible service.

I was a new patient and at an initial visit, I was told I had to come back to get a physical and lab work to get prescriptions that I went for in the first place. 90 days later, I called the pharmacy to get refills on thyroid and high cholesterol drugs. The pharmacy told me it was denied. I called the doctor's office and was told that the office policy was to not refill prescriptions without another visit. I see this is about the money, not the patient care or needs. If I was given a valid reason, I would go back but when I said it was too soon for me to be come back, and I would go somewhere else, the lady told me to do whatever made me comfortable. I will be out of the medicine before I can get in somewhere else, but I am not going back there.

please call the office . Thank you .
They don't have a list on the website but the primary doctor names can be seen on the sign in the picture. You can get a list of the doctors on webmd also along with other info.
I assume you would call and ask for the office manager
