Enormous time wasted by communicating through pneumatic tubes instead of simply having an open branch. Since Wells Fargo was acquired by Charles Scharf it has been a bank on the decline. This place is the worst. They make couple of appointments at the same Time, and there is only ever 2 tellers available no matter which day of the week. You need to do more work on improving your services. I shouldn’t have to wait close to an hour for an appointment I made a week ago.
