They are open on Saturdays. I saw the same on their site and I was wondering the same thing but they are open. For the driving test, just pull up to the starting line at your appointment time and the examiner will meet you there. Due to COVID they no longer get in your vehicle. A parent may stay in the car with your child during the exam but you are not allowed to help your child during the exam. Good luck!

I usually use their email on their main sight. Usually they get back to me in a day or two. I just went through a lot with them and I found that I had to send everything certified. Eventually, they sent me my camera card so I knew that I could go get the picture taken and you can drive for 60 days on the camera card. Sorry, somehow I truncated my post from previos.... You'll need a couple of pieces of mail with your new address on it. Pray youre not using a PO Box. You'll also need a passport, birth certificate, current driver's liscense, a lock of hair, a rabbit's foot, and a ton of patience. And dont go on a day after a holiday or weekend, that'll just extend your wait time. Cost me almost 2.5 hours.
