When I moved in it was good for a few weeks!!!!!! After then it been Awful Nothing but crime Management is not helpful at all well if they need help then?? But they don’t Care at All!!!! the only good thing I can say is the people at the front desks are at least polite. No wonder why they have such Bad reviews!

5/19 this is when I first moved in Cabinet door came off the magnetic hinge and a spot of paint came off the wall Maintenance came as fixed it Love our apt love the ladies in the office and the gentleman in the office Maintenance men are awesome here. Something needs fixing they fix it and fix it right and quickly Love love love my home/staff ❤️ Couldn’t find a better home this place is the bomb 💣 6/2022 I had to move closer to work and my teens new high school No place will ever compare to Arcadia never Love the apt. The office staff Need something fixed it got fixed immediately Best place ever to live Lived here 3 yrs best 3 yrs ever

Can I leave a no star? DO NOT HAVE KITTENS HERE! There are spots under the cabinets they can squeeze into the walls. There is garbage all over in the shute rooms. Management refuses to work on you with anything, and will leave you for MONTHS until move out without a proper washer/dryer and dishwasher. This place is a joke. Not to mention they constantly test the fire alarms and DO NOT LIVE HERE WITH A BABY!!!! They constantly test it through the day and wake my 10- month old son up and he starts SCREAMING in fear of it going off.

Lived there for 1 year and during that time my car was vandalized with the management saying that their cameras only face the elevators. They eventually towed my car, claimed they had no idea what I was talking about, then 1 month later when I brought it back up to them they said that they knew it had been towed but didn't feel the need to let us know. From day 1 our apartment had a gas smell that they refused to fix. They would also regularly lock the garbage chute, then complain and fine people when they left garbage there. Great place to live if your other option is a box.
