I was WAY overcharged for my next months rent. They charged me the month-to-month rent when I signed up for the 11-month lease, which is WAY cheaper. I have been trying to contact the office for about a week now. I am out of town so I can only call and email. I have called them about 20 times. Nobody has answered. I am at a loss. Not sure what to do. Super frustrating.

This company is a scam. I am being overcharged for next month's rent and I clearly made 6 (SIX) attempts to contact the front office staff, including my resident portal, phone calls, emails and taking time off my busy schedule to stop by in person twice and found the office locked and unstaffed during business hours. I even posted a hand-written note to be replied to on the office door. A temporary staffer from another complex was there during my final attempt and assured I would be contacted. No phone call or email so far. Now the new ownership, Greystar, is unable to be contacted anywhere in this country. DO NOT TRUST THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. YOU WILL REGRET BECOMING INVOLVED WITH THEM.

Kawika, Brandy, Alexis, and their manager Erin were awesome at answering all my questions (I asked a lot) getting us moved in. They totally beat expectations for a property management team with their phenomenal service and excellent teamwork. I promise you if you are looking to move in, management will not be a problem as they sometimes can be. You can sleep easy knowing that your entire apartment complex is well taken care of and the grounds will never be neglected. Besides management being awesome, the apartments themselves are some of the best money can buy in the area. Gas oven, gas range, luxury finishes, 1 gig internet speed, W/D, and an awesome location to match. The exterior is also very nice with plenty of foliage around the area. Last I asked there was 100% resident occupancy and it’s easy to understand why with the best management team I have ever seen. So if you can get on a waitlist, you will not be disappointed.

I had a problem with the office staff not responding to messages when I began the rental process; as a result, I lost my application fee and had to find another apartment. I felt that the office staff was largely to blame and requested that my application fee be refunded. When I didn’t feel the management staff took my request seriously, I submitted a review. I discovered that they take their online image serious. You’ll note that with any negative review, they will attempt to take the issue away from public view. When I felt that no action was being taken, I submitted another review. I think that the management monitors reviews on Google Maps, Apartments.com, and Rent.com. My second review convinced them that I was serious about my complaint and they moved forward to refund my fees. I always believed that if you treat people right the first time, they don’t have to go to extreme means to get their attention.
