Very customer oriented. Small business and values customers. Conveniently located (but at the time of this review, Google Maps has them in the wrong place). Inside Orlando airport on B-side of main building on ground transportation level. Well worth the price to not lug around multiple bags during long layovers.

Words can not give justice to what Constance has done for our family! The airline lost my mothers bag for three weeks. Finally, after consistently pestering the airline daily in those three weeks, we received the call and message that they found her bag and had forwarded it to the Orlando Airport. After waiting three days with no word on if the bag made it or when it would be delivered, my wife exhausted all methods of contacting the airline until she decided to call every number at the Orlando airport where she reached Constance! We couldn’t have been more blessed! We weren’t even customers of Constance YET she reassured us she we do everything she could to find the bag and she did! She kept in constant contact with us, taking on our burden as if it were her own! She showed truly exceptional custom service for people who weren’t even her customers! We can only imagine the dedication she has for her actual customers. Our bag is arriving today after only one day of Constance working her magic! Thank you, truly, we wish there were more people like you in this world!

Constance found my Nana’s bag when no one else at the actual airline would help my mommy and daddy! She is so awesome because mom said she didn’t even have to help us, but she did! Dad said she went above and beyond for us! Thank you Mrs. Constance for helping us, you’re the best!

Where should I even start? There is not enough words to in the English language to adequately praise Constance Serrano and her outstanding service! She went above and beyond for our family and should be praised as the epitome of customer service. More companies/businesses could learn from the example she has set! The compassion and care she shows goes beyond the bar that society has accepted as the norm for business owners. She truly understands the importance of getting someone’s luggage to them. There are no robotic scripts, just real human emotions, truly understanding her customers and the people she helps! Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts!
