Clean and convenient to everything! Pool is small but the breakfast is great! Very quiet on the third floor! Could used the two extra pillows I requested though! The one they gave me was very lumpy! But overall a great stay!

I chose you hotel based on its name and it was a mistake. When I checked in I was not greeted for at least a minute and when I was it was not with a smile or a welcoming comment. (they guy was to busy on his phone) The floors throughout the hotel were not maintained. The elevator, the hallway to my room were never vacuumed for my 5 night stay. I know this because the same pieces of garage were never picked up. I asked for my room to be vacuumed twice and it was not. My coffee cups and sugar and cream packets were never replaced. I had to go down each night to get them myself. Thank goodness I brought my own coffee. While having a meeting one morning in the breakfast area they vacuumed right up to our chairs when my associate had had enough and said we are leaving. So, we know they do have vacuums. The staff are not friendly with the exception of one lady. I was so disappointed with this hotel I could not in good conscious recommend it to anyone.

I have been staying at this hotel for over 10 years. Each time it feels a little more dated. One could always rely on a good breakfast but that has gone downhill significantly. There used to be good buscuits and gravy. But now, just buscuits but nothing to put in them. I'll hope it gets better because it really was a good place for a very long time.

Had a nice stay here overnight. The woman checking me in was very hospitable. They should give her a uniform to wear though so she can feel good about her job. The room was clean. Pet (dog) fee was $20 which is why we stayed here. Typical HIE breakfast in the morning, which is always nice to have. As most places go in SLC/UT - absolutely 0 social distancing or mask wearing here - save one housekeeper. And we wonder why we’re still in this 2 1/4 years later. I guess to be expected when all the license plates are from UT/NV/ID Also didn’t see many (or any) hand sanitizing stations. Expect to have your personal space invaded by the geriatrics in the morning buffet line, breathing all over your food.
