DQ is usually as close to a quality fast food restaurant as you can get, but this only has a limited menu, is crowded and dirty, and failed to deliver all the food we paid for. Three times we were given the wrong food and had to ask the staff to replace it. Then they didn't give me my sprite. The service was subpar. I usually like DQ, but this was a disgrace to the name. Not coming back

Since when does a hot fudge sundae not come with chopped nuts? 11 dollars and I left you a 4 dollar tip but you want my credit card back for nuts on my sundae? Your nuts! Never getting my business again! #lots of other places to get ice cream# JERKS

This is the very first Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to that wouldn’t honor Dairy Queen deals from the Dairy Queen app. Very disappointing!
