We were hopeful when Matt did our home visit to talk about services for our family member and were excited to begin working with them. Unfortunately it has not been a completely positive experience. There is a lack of communication and follow through. We had 3 different aides for 3 visits and have finally resolved that issue. One time the aide showed up 20 minutes late with no apology and then spent most of the time she was there on her cell phone and not interacting with her our family member she was supposed to be caring for, and twice we have had an aide show up when we told the agency none was needed. Hopefully it will get better!

These guys are absolutely the best! Their care givers are wonderful-can’t do enough for you. I have been so very pleased with the management and caregivers for my father over this past year. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a company to help with the care of your loved one, that you need not look anywhere else than Visiting Angels.

My husband and I do not know what we would have done without Matt and his Angels. I was able to be a stay at home caregiver for my Mom in law, who was diagnosed with two types of dementia and a pancreatic cancer, but you cannot know what that truly involves until you are in it. Visiting Angels made it possible to keep my MIL comfortably at home and gave me time to continue being a wife and mom. They were with us as we moved through the levels of care needed, providing companionship at first and, eventually, up to 24 hour care. Matt even made it possible to fulfill one of my MIL's last wishes to revisit her hometown. We had an Angel with us every step of that 2 week trip, providing the same loving care that we gave, whenever we needed it. Thank you for everything!
