The worse worse worse experience at a BK ever. You feel like there is a hidden camera and you're being pranked. The drink machine out front is a waste bc employees are too lazy to refill. No ice. Maybe broken? Idk. It needed cleaning too. When you had to ask for ice or a drink, lady was stiff faced. Why are you there? If you hate your job, please go somewhere else or stay at home. Ppl should work like their bills need to be paid and how they would like to be serviced, not "I don't want to be here" attitude. Another employee had to ask several of us customers what we had...multiple times. Someone else ended up with my whopper with no cheese, extra pickles bc the whopper I received had cheese and 1 pickle. We wondered around looking for a clean wiped table with only 1 other table being used. July 26th, pm time. I know society is changing and ppl don't care like they used to but this was insane. I feel I have to compliment the hot fresh fries bc I don't want to only look at the bad.

Worst burger king restaurant I have been to. All condiments were behind the counter and there they are short staffed so I have to waitto get any ketchup, salt, or pepper. I got my food and had to ask for the milkshake I ordered. Didn't even get an apology for her forgetting. The girl who took my order didn't know how to make a milkshake. She got another server to make the milkshake. The original server didn't even tell the coworker what kind of milkshake I ordered so she had to ask me. Plus the girl who took my order seemed more into texting on her phone rather than do her job. The service I received makes me wonder how long the store will stay open before it goes out of business.

Staff was attentive, polite, helpful, and efficient. Food was fresh and hot. The only issue we had was the drink machine was not working correctly. It was also out of ice, but the staff filled our cups with ice for us.

Absolutely the worst burger king experience I've ever had in my life. All workers were extremely rude and wouldn't talk to customers. The lady cashing out didn't give out any receipts and they called out order numbers and got mad when we didn't know. The food wasn't very good. Made poorly and cold. TERRIBLE
