McDonald's is one of those food establishments that you know what you are going to get. And, that consistency is a good thing. I got everything I ordered and the process was seamless. However, the fries were under salted, but I think it may have been due to the sheer volunteer of customers at the time.

I’ve never had such a bad experience with Any restaurant before! Ordered 2 Big Macs extra pickles and got 2 cold burgers with NO PATTIES! I had drove off by the time I noticed it! It took me 10+min to get to an exit so that I could return to the McDonalds Waisted 20 min coming back and telling them what happened they took my bag back with the cold burgers Idk if they reusing them and just adding Pattie’s! This is the worst experience of all time!

Ok, where to start. First off, I drive 60 or 70 thousand miles a year for work so I've been to a hell of lot of highway fast food joints; this is the FIRST one I am rating in my hundreds of reviews. I beseech the powers of any deity which exists (God in my case) to help the owner of this tragedy see this review. This is written for him/her and I can only hope they see this...you'll understand why in a second. The first time I went to this location it was 9:30 on a Monday night- nothing crazy. After waiting at the drive through speaker for 8 minutes (I like timing this kind of thing) I was asked if I was going to pay in cash or a card. "Card" I replied and was told "well, if you're going to pay with a card, you can wait"....uh...ok. sure, I'm hungry, but maybe they are having a bad day. 7 minutes later "what do you want?" "A quarter pounder with cheese, no onions please" "and the same for me please!" chimed in my wife. "uh uh" came the terse reply from the modern speaker system so we pulled forward, behind a white Toyota Camry and waited...and waited, and waited. The lady at the window knew the gentlemen in the car in front of us and they passed a number of items in exchange for cash through the window as they chatted. I wont speculate on the conversation, it's none of my business, but the 27 minutes which passed is something I cant get back. So we pulled out and drove away. The second time was two days ago, and in a similar fashion, it was about 10pm. "cash or a card?" was the opening salvo of our second visit. "Uh, card please" Then we sat there, and waited, as the two ladies (who forgot their mics were on) discussed their nails, and a cut one of them had on their hand. "Just pull the Band-Aid off" was overheard-fun time. And as they continued the banal dribble of regular life, we realized, they were never going to ask us for an order.... so we left and went to Burger King across the street. To be clear, the BK is not great, but its clean and the staff was prompt & friendly. The food was hot and pretty good. (3 stars) To the owners of this McDonalds, I would much rather eat at your location but your staff, who are almost certainly stealing from you, are awful.

The people working were nice and it was relatively clean for a McDonald’s in the middle of nowhere. But, we ordered 2 burgers and it took way to long for a fast food restaurant. I felt as if there were lots of workers with not enough jobs to fill. Overall it was fine just took longer than expected. 03/16/22

Yes, fast food can be slow
The restaurant section doesn't open till later, but the drive thru is open 24 hours
It's called poor customer service...#PERIOD...
