Took 20 minutes to get the food my order was burned dry as hell and the lettuce was brown. My coworkers order of chilly cheese tots were burned and somehow were cold . We both threw away the food and went somewhere else

I stay in the parking lot for over 15 minutes. No one took my order. Everytime I pressed the red button the order taker turned it back off. Never got a chance to order and she had an attitude...

Why is it you go to sonic push button to order NO ONE PICKS UP. This has happened several times. Not going anymore!!!!!
