Went into store to purchase water heater. Three different employees sent us round and round to different locations to order product. Paid for delivery. Water heater was delivered in a station wagon on its side. The water heater was left in our drive, upside down. This is completely unacceptable! The service is horrible! Home Depot is terrible!

I reserved a carpet cleaner online. Stated that they had four available for rental. When I arrived the woman told me they didn’t have one for me. There were four of them sitting right there on the shelf so I asked her about them and she said they only had one hose and it’s broken. What is the purpose of saying you have four of them available and confirming a reservation when you actually have none? Total waste of my time and the associate and manager had no resolution. They couldn’t even find out if any of the local stores around had one available for me. They also charged my credit card a $50 deposit which won’t be returned for several days. Will not rent from here again!

That just shows how society is heading to everything computer. Customer service has been lacking slow ly for the last 10 years. What's next ? When u go to a restaurant,you'll have to make your food

They have a 3rd party company that installs for there customers. A lead is put in and the plumbing company calls you to set an appointment
like every else masks dominate, no other observable practices stand out. During my visit, I was focused on obtaining repair parts,which I obtained without difficulty and I don't have any COVID-19 symptoms several days later suggesting that the COVID safety practices employed are adequate.

They were helpful and efficient as well as cheap for installation after delivery
Most stores will cut it, but some won't because you'll get jagged edges due to the type of saw they use. If you insist that they do it they usually will, and to minimize the jagged edges have them put blue painters tape all around the cut line on the board or sheet.
