After moving in we had a couple of issues, but Travis was very helpful and got our issues taken care of

This has been the absolute worst company to rent from. We moved in 3 weeks ago and have been dealing with our fridge leaking since we moved in. We keep a towel down just to make sure the water doesn’t spread causing our toddler to fall. A work order was submitted 2 weeks ago and still nothing has been resolved. I have reached out to my property manager by phone and left messages. I have also sent an email, still no reply. I would not recommend renting from this company. Wish we would have went with a different rental company.

I can only sing praises for my property manager Melanie Sotomayor. She is a dream compared to the initial one I had. She responds to EVERY email and helps me whatever way she can and is an advocate for the tenants. I don’t know how she does it with the amount she manages but she does.

The customer service literaly said to me on the phone that our work order was cancelled because they don't send someone out because the air-conditioner is making noise. They have no idea what the noise is or what is causing it, and they will not send someone out. It pretty much has to blow up before they will send someone. I explained that and they said they will schedule someone to come out, a week from today. I asked if the air-conditioner stopped working if that would constitue an emergency and get someone out there sooner, and they said if there is availability. I asked if they would prorate our rent if we had to stay at a hotel when the air-conditioner blows up, until they get it fixed, and she said she would recommend calling the property manager before we stay somewhere else because they don't reimburse. I ask if calling the property manager would be able to get someone out quicker and she said monster likely not, because they would end up just calling the customer service line.
They have a sketchy service called conservice send you a bill. You never ever see an energy billl usage.
