I am giving Invitation Homes a 5-star review based, almost exclusively, on the outstanding customer support I received from the agent assigned to my application, LYNDA CHEROS. The Invitation application-to-lease process is not easy or very straight-forward. They require so much information, endless documents - and the process of submitting them, is not very user-friendly. Honestly, just based on that, I would probably have given 3 stars. However, Lynda Cheros made everything so much easier for me. She contacted me immediately after I put in my application and was there for me every step of the way. She made herself available to me by phone, text, and email throughout the whole process and always responded to my questions immediately. Lynda is not only professional, she is also just a very nice person. I could tell that she, genuinely, cares about helping people get into their dream homes and I am so grateful to her for all of her help. Next, I had the pleasure of meeting Raoul, who did the pre-move in walk-through with me. He went through every room and feature of the house and explained everything I needed to know about the property. When we discovered a piece of rotted wood and a dirty air filter, Raoul went replaced them that day. So far, my experience with Invitation Homes has been excellent. I can't wait to move in this weekend!
