Paid 15.79 for a signature chicken sandwich and bowl of chicken soup. Lettuce was old it also had what appeared like crispy crackers that tasted like onions. Soup was all both. And price didn't include a drink. Very disappointing

Everything is great about Panera, food, ingredients, staff, cleanliness, atmosphere are all very good. Unfortunately it seems they are routinely out of some ingredient in most salads that I order.

Downhill slide for this location. Went for lunch and found the dining room FULL of people on computers and having meetings. Very few eating. So is this a public library now? Worse: the food portions were tiny. Chicken salad could not have been more than 2 table spoons on bread. Bag of chips could not have been more that 15% full. "Decontenting" food to minimal portions yet high prices. Wife and I ate small lunches and paid over $30- left hungry. Will not be back.

Found a hair in my bakery items on three separate occasions (and I don't even order food from here too often). Besides that gross, reoccurring problem, this location is fairly clean, updated, and great to sit in to enjoy a bite to eat or catch up on work with a cup of hot coffee. Great place, kind of over priced, but just about everything is these days. I'd definitely recommend this Panera location over others though! But BEWARE, if you're planning on doing any work online, the wifi almost never works and you won't be able to accomplish anything!!
