The rooms were very clean. Also Ms. Alberta Harris as well as the entire staff were genuinely friendly, helpful and professional. Ms Harris made sure the breakfast was fresh, plentiful and the area was very clean.We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!!!

This is not a clean place. They don't offer daily housekeeping. They also only give you fresh towels and linen upon request. Most of the hotel is UNPROFESSIONAL. They run out of or don't supply enough food for the breakfast hours. If you want to use the washer and dryer on site you have to leave the hotel to get your own change to do so. The location was the most accommodating thing about the Hampton Inn, Yazzo City

Put in a work room at check in… customer service at it’s all time worst! At check in the agent was rude and antagonistic. The next two day were horrible!!! On the third day Regina was so kind to help remedy the situation and moved our room! Much to our dismay for 3 nights we lost food in a fridge that was replaced! 3 nights losing 40 plus dollars worth of food and no offerings to make it right! Felicia the manager was NOT helpful at all and we have it all on record. Video and picture! Please Hilton reach out to me!!!! This is unexpected and not ok!!

Mr Cedric was super nice. Call said was running late. That I will arrive about 8-9 p.m. when arriving he check us in super fast. The cook was super nice. But, as checking out you lady was not as friendly. Told her bathroom door couldn’t stay close. Like she really did care. Other than that room was clean.

Not sure if they are fully vaccinated or not. They do not use mask.
I like to book on their direct website. Hampton is part of Hilton. The Hilton app is very user friendly.
