Nice room, enjoyed overnight stay with my sister. Your staff renewed my faith in humanity. I accidentally left my Kindle E-Reader in the room, they found it & turned it in to management. I was able to come by a few days later and retrieve it! Thanks so much!!

My second time going to this hotel and it was awful. Now they have redecorated the room and that is the only decent thing about this place. While staying there this past weekend, the air wouldn't stay on had to keep getting up to turn the fan on all night so that it would go to cool air. The next morning we got up for breakfast which was at the front desk. Some muffins in a basket..toddler juices in extra small cardboard containers.Simply horrible and had to ask for the juice from the lady at the front desk. I addressed my concern to the elderly Caucasian man at the front desk and he could careless. The younger black lady was more professional and kind but the old white guy who was the manager was horrible. We definitely will never come back to this hotel. Bad experience and poor management skills. Holiday Inn please get rid of that manager smart mouth rude person. No customer service skills at all. New furniture does not equal bad custo.er service and lousy muffins you can get from Sam's by the case.

Hotel under renovation, so no breakfast. Did provide a few item. But the rooms are really updated and very nice. Beds are great. Location is great for shopping.

This property was under major renovation, there were shipping containers all over the back of the parking lot with used mattresses and bed frames, pieces of sheet rock, all over the back of the parking lot. When we walked in the front door, there was plastic covering the breakfast area. Front desk clerk was not welcoming. After putting our stuff in the room, we were look looking for a place to sit and hang out. The only place we found was the back patio, which was not clean, and there were old light fixtures laying in the chairs and on tables. I will definitely not be back. Even after renovations are complete. There was a sign posted by the elevator saying they wanted to warn us in advance, by advance I guess they meant after you book online and check in and they have charged you for your room. When we booked this room there was nothing telling us the hotel was under construction, and the breakfast area would be closed.
