Absolutely the best daycare! Every teacher is loving towards their students, and our child learns so much by going to school. They constantly have them doing planned small group activities which include dramatic play, math center, art center, and reading. We trust each person here completely. We had a horrible experience at another daycare in Creekside where there was very concerning behavior happening, and kids were glued to an iPad for hours at the end of the day (and this daycare had cameras, so makes you wonder why they didn’t try harder knowing people were watching). Primrose is a night and day difference. Our child used to cling to me and cry when being dropped off every day at daycare 1 and now runs in happily every single morning saying hello to all the staff along the way. We have a baby and toddler in the daycare currently.

As a parent the most important thing is knowing that your child is loved, nurtured, and educated. Primrose has exceeded my expectations. I no longer have anxiety about having my son in daycare beacuse I know he is in a safe place that truly cares for him in every aspect. He has thrived since he began attending last year and I look forward to having him attend until he begins grade school. Communication is phenomenal! Messages in the app are responded to quickly, phone calls are made if an incident occurs so you aren’t surprised at pick up if there is a bump or bruise (life happens when your have a toddler boy), and the teachers and admin are a cohesive team. Staff is so friendly. Since we enrolled there has not been a single time where my son and I have not received a warm welcome and friendly goodbye each day. When I first toured Mrs. Clayton told me the one thing I will never forget..“When your son comes through those doors, he’s our son too, we’re a family.” It’s not just something that was said, she meant and it shows every single day. My son loves his teachers, he hugs them when he leaves, he talks about them at home. It warms my heart and makes my soul happy. If you are considering a new school for your child and there is an opening, take it! Primrose practices what they preach and I am proud as a parent to say that my son attends!

My kids have been at Primrose since they were born with the exception of a brief time when we moved. We started at Primrose Spring Klein, went to Goddard for a short time, and then back to Primrose Creekside. We have nothing but good things to say about both Primrose locations. I debated whether the cost difference was worth it and looking back I can say without a doubt that it is absolutely worth every penny. My oldest was reading before he turned 5 and that is due to his teacher at Primrose and the curriculum that they use. Furthermore, the director and staff are always knowledgeable, helpful, and really try to address issues and work with parents. 5 stars!

I wanted to wait a few months before writing this review...just to see if what Primrose was saying about our daughter was true (even though we knew it wasn't). It takes a lot for me to write a really negative review but this school was the most absolute worst experience. Let me break it down: 1) 25 toddlers to ONE class room...yes you read that right...25 toddlers. Every time I went to pick up our daughter it was complete chaos with tons of kids running around and the teachers (only 2 of them) looked completely burnt out and overloaded. 2) We were very honest with this school when we enrolled our three year old. She was delayed in her speech and due to being behind we wanted to enroll her in "the best school" with structure that will help her catch up. Of course we were assure by the administrators that "Primrose wants to be the best in Pre-K education" and therefore they really sold us on their teaching techniques and lesson plans. 3) They are way over priced and so are the uniforms the children have to wear. 4) After only 4 months we were told our 3 year old was too behind for them to teach her. The administrators painted our kid as unteachable and basically wanted her gone. 5) Our child was bit, scratched and pushed down (which I totally understand happens because they are all toddlers) but despite teacher admitting she didn't see what happened most of the time, she ALWAYS blamed our daughter. I even called her out on this several times and told the administrators that it was evident that teacher did not like our daughter as she was constantly being blamed for injuries that she was getting from other kids. The only positive out of all of this is that our kiddo is absolutely thriving in her new school. Her speech has improved tremendously and she loves going to school now. I'd also like to add that the school she is in now is just as structured and educationally focused but the classes are smaller and her teacher actually teaches! We were open and honest with her new school about her delays and they still embraced her just like every child that goes into their school. Its been a night and day experience and to see our kiddo now advancing and quickly improving in every area! It goes to show us she is fully capable of doing everything Primrose claimed that she couldn't at their school.

Every child learns at their own pace because every child is unique. At Primrose schools, teachers use a variety of tools throughout the year to collaborate with families and monitor each child’s progress. This helps them understand each child’s individual needs and provide the personalized support that helps them excel.
We call our curriculum the Balanced Learning® approach. It is designed to inspire children to think with creativity, compassion and resourcefulness. Primrose school teachers not only guide children as they learn letters, numbers, science and more, but they also weave in character development and life skills opportunities throughout the day so children can develop social and relationship skills.
Yes, our school has a kindergarten program that utilizes our Primrose Balanced Learning® approach to help prepare children for success in Kindergarten, elementary school, and beyond. Small group lessons offer greater individual attention and our extended hours help support working parents with all-day care.
We require all teachers to be certified in first aid and CPR, in addition to ongoing health and safety training throughout the year. Teachers are also trained on common signs of illness with signage placed in each classroom. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/yakwfr8g
Teachers and students practice frequent handwashing throughout the day and adhere to a strict sick policy. Temperature checks, touch free check in, and limitations on visitors may also be implemented to minimize risk to all. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/y7gutztv
Items like high-touch toys, playground equipment, and other common surfaces are disinfected frequently throughout the day. Sheets and blankets from cribs are laundered daily; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and are laundered on a weekly basis. We require any students or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours.
