The Assistant director and the hiring staff should definitely do a better job on the hiring process. It’s unprofessional to have someone waiting weeks for a process that you guys claim takes a few days to receive. Also it’s kind of mind blowing that you couldn’t have the common decency to inform of not getting the position and hire someone else which is perfectly fine but don’t fill someone up with lies saying they’ll be receiving something when you had no intent on doing.

My child has been attending this Primrose location for a few years now, and I want to start by saying just how wonderful the teaching staff is! We absolutely love the teachers at Primrose—in our experience, they’ve always been very engaging and attentive, and have gone the extra mile to show that they really care about the well-being of the students. You all are the best part of Primrose. THANK YOU! We occasionally keep up with some of our favorite teachers who have left the school. Recently, I’ve been very disappointed to hear that several great teachers have left because management would frequently and excessively talk badly about the parents to staff, to the point where it was making certain staff members uncomfortable. I’m really sad to write this because we’ve always loved Primrose, but the unprofessionalism of management has us looking into other schools in the area.

My son went to primrose from 12 weeks to pre-k and we were so sad to say goodbye this summer. He had a wonderful experience and loved seeing the same friendly faces through so many seasons.
