Worst prescription refill phone service in North answer south carolina. Takes forever. Should have a phone line for just refills. Losing me as a customer as of today. Employees are great automated phone service sucks

This CVS is awesome! Service at the pharmacy is exemplary - from the customer service associates at the window and up to the Pharmacist: this store has exceptional service! I wish the West Jefferson store could be trained by this Hickory staff, they make the West Jeff store look like the nightmare it is.

CVS in Viewmont has the best pharmacy tech. Her name is Abby. Last night, after 4 days of trying to get a steroid to help him ( 5 years old) stay out of the hospital. The pharmacist stated he only had 1 dose of the 3 he needed . The pharmacist ISSAC made the decision to not give us that 1 dose. He didn’t even ask us. He alone made this decision. Abby stepped in and advocated for us and made it possible to have enough till Monday!! All the pharmacy‘s in Hickory were out till Monday. She had to step up not only for us. But she had to the same for the Veteran behind us. Who had a discount card that saved him 200 dollars. When Abby explained it would save him 200 to run it with the card. The pharmacist said “I guess he will be paying 200 because I don’t want to run it again. In a world where customer service is almost like facing a firing squad. People like Abby are a blessing to those of us. If not for her act of kindness. We would have been at the hospital. If you go to CVS and you c Abby ( she has blue hair). Thank her for advocating for customers.

This is about the pharmacy only. The minute clinic staff are awesome. The pharmacy staff have zero customee service or efficiency. Was told it would be 30 minutes (I had just seen the nurse at the minute clinic) no problem. I came back and hour later and then heard my name called that my prescriptions were ready. Waited in a painfully slow line for 25 minutes to be told they were all not ready and it would be another 20 to 30 minutes. No worries. I don't mind waiting, I do mind terrible customer service and terrible efficiency.
