Really terrible experience here. I was informed by Wake Radiology that my insurance covered the cost of my x-ray. They still sent a bill and made me pay it. Not my portion of the bill, the whole thing. I wish they were honest with me about the billing situation.

Have always had a good experience here. In and out fairly quickly with basic X-rays. The technicians have always been friendly, as well as the front desk receptionists. I will say that Crystal (I believe her name is), went above and beyond for me. I appreciate the efforts she put in for me with contacting my doctor when she didn't have to. I appreciate her.
