Everyone at Legacy is awesome from agents to maintenance (Damien is clutch). They are always helpful, accommodating and really care about the community when they put together events; which rock (free food and drinks)!!

Me and my boyfriend went to visit and the woman Monica (asst. manager) showed us around. She didn’t seem like she wanted to help/answer our questions. It felt like she rushed us when we had plenty of questions! We had questions for her about the two apartments she showed us. We realized she rushed us because her son was being dropped off from the bus, but she could’ve told us to wait or schedule a different time to tour. But, it’s also her job to work certain hours so? That shows us management isn’t good

We moved out last year in the midst of Covid-19. All amenities were closed and lots of renters were living rent free due to evictions were not allowed by law. I had previously renewed our lease and had a couple of months left on it. My neighbor left out due to same reason 2 months prior and his place was rented right away. When we rented the management was friendly and helpful. This new management is down right nasty. We provided 3 months notice of our intent to vacate and even with all the the Covid-19 circumstances. They nickel and dime us for all kinds of extra charges. Which we refused to pay because we felt that they were unjust. They sent us to collections right away. We never paid our rent late once and had to live in a hotel for a month due to our toilet leaking water due to inferior construction. This place I would not recommend to anyone currently.
