My experience with the imaging staff have been great. I was a technologist for years so I have seen both sides of the experience. What could be better 1. Not hearing the tech complain about having to do an add on Ultrasound that every patient could hear Gloria! And 2. are the hours the radiologist is in- Early mornings are hard but we are all adults so you could be there at 6am to offer hours for the working class. Same with evenings- not every is retired and I don’t appreciate being at your mercy. You could at least offer it one day a week!

The staff at Cardinal Points Imaging put me at ease during an anxious time. From the medical receptionist to the technologists (Emily M and Amy) to Dr. Dimitrova. I appreciate being informed every step of the way during and after the procedure. This office exceeded my expectations.
